Returns

We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your credit card for your purchase within 14 days of the ship date. Makeup, as well as bath & body products are final sale and cannot be returned. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a manufacturer’s defect, so we can contact the manufacturer. Any check returned by a bank for insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $30.00 service charge.

All returns must be approved by emailing customerservice@oliviabrowning.com or by calling (617) 242-2299 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Payment and Shipping Information

Payments: All charges will be made to credit cards, including state tax, where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not offer C.O.D. shipping. Checks are accepted from the trade, made payable to Olivia Browning. Orders will not be processed until checks are received.

Regular Shipping: Shipping of in-stock items normally takes 7-10 business days. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Shipping charges are listed for orders shipping within the continental U.S. additional shipping charges and time are required for orders outside the 48 contiguous states. We ship via UPS to the U.S. and Puerto Rico. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes addresses. We ship USPS to Post Office Boxes by special request only.

Domestic: We ship via UPS.
