Olivia Browning

From planning special celebrations: milestone birthdays, Mitzvahs, or parties, to corporate functions: premiers, galas or fundraisers, Olivia Browning helps create memories. Abby Gray, Susan Charbonnier and Liz Leger will personally assist you throughout the process from start to finish.

We will help to create a theme, select vendors, and coordinate with the venue for catering. We also handle rental needs, invitations, gift bags and favors, and even aid in hotel accommodations for guests. “Out of Town Welcome” bags or baskets for wedding guests, party guests, etc. are also a specialty. A planner will be on-site for the entire event (if appropriate for event and wanted by client). We also provide artistic control, per the client’s vision, for the aesthetics of the venue and all additional visual components.

Abby Gray, Owner of Olivia Browning, has years of Event Planning experience in Corporate America. From planning Political Panels that appeared on C-Span while working at Campaigns & Elections; or planning for 2000+ parties and/or financial services conferences at American Banker (Thomson Financial); there is no challenge too great for Abby and her team. In the early 1990’s, Abby and her sister, Liz Leger (The Leger Company, Great Falls, VA) owned a small catering business together in Washington, DC. Always a hit with family and friends, they took their love of cooking to the Corporations of Greater Northern Virginia and Washington. Abby has encountered every kind of situation. Personable, energetic, “getting it right” is her motto. Any event that Olivia Browning contracts to do will be done with enthusiasm, passion and professionalism. We specialize in the Best Customer Service – period.

Susan Charbonnier, Manager of Olivia Browning, owns her own Interior Design Businesses, “Susan Charbonnier Design”. Years of design experience and floral design experience help to bring a unique angle to Olivia Browning’s Events business. Anyone who knows Susan knows that she has a special gift in turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
